Welcome to Rachel Rene Bath & Body!! Thank you for stopping by! We hope you find everything you are looking for and will come back again and again!
Creating luxurious soaps with a rich and creamy lather that will pamper your skin and leave you feeling clean and fresh is what we specialize in.
We use only top quality ingredients in all of our products! Some of our fragrance and essential oil blends are created by us and can't be found anywhere else. Creating quality products is extremely important to us so all of our products are tested for quality, effectiveness and gentleness prior to being sold!
WHOLESALE inquiries are always welcome!!!
Please note that in accordance with the CPSIA act effective 2/2009, items sold at Rachel Rene Bath & Body are only intended for use by persons over the age of 13.
Payment
Payment is due upon checkout.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Paypal, and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Personal checks and Money Orders/Cashier's Checks are also excepted however, there is a 7 day processing period once I receive them to make sure they clear and then your order will be shipped. I DO NOT accept checks/money orders/cashier's checks for amounts over the total of your order.
All packages shipped to IL will be charged 6.75% Sales Tax.
Shipping
We ship items within 4-6 days of payment received Monday through Friday.
International orders are always welcome and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless USPS Priority Mail (ie. Flat Rate Envelope or Box) is cheaper. Please note that you the buyer are responsible for any taxes, duties and/or other fees associated with receiving your package.
If you would like to include insurance on your package please let us know and we will add it to your total.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns/exchanges. If you are unhappy with an order please let us know and we will do what we can to make you a happy customer. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!
