FAQ's
How long before my order arrives? All orders ship within 4 business days of cleared payment. For US orders, Priority Mail takes approximately 3-5 days to arrive, Parcel Post can take 7-9 days to arrive. International orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on destination and method of shipment. US bound shipments should receive an e-mail with the tracking/shipping information.
What form of payment can I use? We accept Paypal and Credit/Debit Cards from Visa/MC, Discover, and American Express.
What if I have a problem with my order? Whether you have a problem ordering from our site, or there is something wrong with your order when it arrives please contact us immediately at ShopRachelRene@aol.com and we will do our best to reconcile any issues you may have! Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us!
I would like to order more of a certain products but there isn't enough in stock, what can I do? If you would like more of a certain product than what is listed in the inventory section, please contact us at ShopRachelRene@aol.com and let us know what product it is and how many more you'd like. If we have the product in stock, we can simply re-invoice you for the extras. If we do not have it in stock, we will notify you as to how long it will take to create and either hold your order until it's ready or give you the date of when you can purchase it again.
There was this certain scent I just loved but I can't find it anywhere on your site, do you still have it? Unfortunately we can't always keep every fragrance we ever offered. Sometimes our suppliers stop making them and we can't find a suitable duplicate for it and sometimes that scent just does not move well and we have to remove it from our offered list. And sometimes we just haven't made more yet! You can send us an e-mail at ShopRachelRene@aol.com to ask us and we'll be happy to let you know where it is!
